Cami generally comes off as a quick witted and opinionated girl. She knows her limits and works every single moment to break through them and become stronger. Confidence, cockiness, and a general apathy for the safety of others bore her the nickname "Climhazzard". This, of course, was taken as a compliment by the spunky young woman...so she took it on as her assumed surname.
History:
Camille was born into an impoverished family of five siblings - herself being the youngest and only female. Her father went off to defend home and country, while her mother remained at home and did her best to raise five children. Which meant that little Camille had a lot of free time to get away with doing whatever it is she wanted. She fought, stole, and generally caused problems wherever she went in order to get what she wanted. Most of this lashing out was simply due to pure survival for herself and her family, having very little to their name but a few loaves of bread and some water. As each and every one of her older brothers were drafted off into the military when they came of age, Camille reluctantly stayed behind to tend to her now ailing mother. She used her unique set of skills to keep her mother fed, bathed and comfortable for as long as she could until she passed in her sleep unbeknownst to anyone. It was then that an officer arrived at her door, sporting a note and a large lance that looked exactly like her father's. The man explained that her father had fought and died bravely, and that his effects be given to his next of kin. Camille, being of strong heart and mind up until this point, burst into tears and collapsed as she clung to that empty vessel of a weapon. Having nothing left of her family aside from a cold weapon and distant memories, she sought out to become a self sufficient woman. Coming of age as a mercenary, she uses her father's lance and her quick and nimble skills to work for the highest bidder. And the job gets done...no matter the cost.
